PMCon#5, a high standard conference for IT Project Managers and Business Analysts, was held on June 9 in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Combining education, inspiring ideas and fun, this was a great opportunity for professional development and networking. The participants have got 4 streams of speeches and workshops, more than 20 speakers from Europe and Ukraine, 500 top-notch professionals to share experiences and networking. The main topic of the PMCon # 5: “Your way to evolution: from performance to added value”.
Volodymyr is Competence Manager of Business Analytical Office, CSPO. He has over 10 years’ experience in the financial domain, and 6 years working as a Business Analyst, of which 4 years were in IT. He has been involved in projects related to ERP (SAP, legacy) systems, web applications, implementation of BI systems, migration and support, management and optimization of business processes in retail trade (finished products, raw materials), banking, and optimizing the processes of financial services (Record-To-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash). He is a certified owner of the product Scrum (CSPO) and has a Master's degree with honors from National Lviv University, with a degree in economic cybernetics.

Skechnoting is a very interesting technology in the hands of the analyst. It may be one of the best tools for gathering requirements, speeding up the discussion and gaining approval of the same requirements, interviewing people and, perhaps most important, helping to develop associative thinking to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
